Very good Chinese food, hidden in a small strip mall behind Wings Over Springfield. Some of the best Hot & Sour soup we've enjoyed. Lots of variety in their menu, nice luncheon choices & fresh sushi too.
This restaurant is always consistent. Very good rolls and food . Same polite staff and good service . When the urge comes on for rolls , one the first places I think of is ginger blossom . So they are on my top 5. The interior is clean and spacious . It is not fine dinning or a takeout restaurant. It's just right to go have some well made rolls , sit eat , and enjoy a beer or two with good friendly service .
This place offers great Chinese and Japanese food. I've personally enjoyed their sushi on multiple occasions. Service: the owner is very nice and friendly and always lets me know what specials they have and what fish is the most fresh Food: the food is good. Even though it is not authentic Japanese sushi, the quality of the fish is good and the chef seems to know how to make a good roll Bathroom: clean
We've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The seafood is fresh and they have both Chinese and Japanese options. There are so many dishes and sushi's options to chose from that I doubt you will find yourself disappointed. I'm a Hot and Sour soup guru, and if you find yourself in the same boat you will know that not all Hot and Sour soups are created equal. Theirs makes the grade! Perfectly spicy, perfectly sour and not too peppery, just delicious! They also have great a great edamame appetizer and serve up a pretty delicious Japanese lunch special. If you haven't found a great sushi place in the Springfield area you can't go wrong giving Ginger Blossom a try. Oh..And if you find yourself wanting take out, the gentleman who answers the phone is amazingly polite, professional and there will be no confusion as to what you want and what you receive!!
The food is incredible here. It took a little while to be seated due to it just being one waitress. Other than that food is amazing. My wife both had the general tso chicken. It was unbelievable. The chicken was tender and juicy on the inside and amazingly crunchy on the outside. Best general tso I've had in a long time. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I believe she owns this establishment. I know everyone experiences is different but I have nothing but good things to say about Ginger Blossom. They give the best of both cuisine Chinese and Japanese! Definitely a spot to visit if you're not from here or if you was born and raised here!!!!
